When it comes to how the brain functions, it can be a huge topic to explain. A hypnotherapist wanted a handout to assist in explaining the different levels of brainwaves and consciousness easily for her clients. We labeled each set of frequencies with a few characteristics, and included a wave graphic to show a clear depiction of each level.
