A priority for Bismarck State College was to start uncovering and addressing unit cost. Unit Cost looks at net revenue per instructional hour by discipline and it helps balance fiscal bottom line with the mission bottom line.
The Director of Institutional Effectiveness requested me to create an infographic handout to highlight what he had found in his unit cost analysis to deliver the information in a consumable way for the rest of the campus as well as to the legislature.
